President and CEO

Leo has grown Life Settlement Advisors, LLC from a traditional insurance business in 1994 into a successful company that's focused on the new and exciting secondary life insurance market.

Leo graduated from Ball State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Before starting the insurance business, he worked in a family-run company where his responsibilities included operational management of food distribution, railroad salvage, and real estate. He has also been involved with institutional catering, retail sales, and wholesale operations. His professional accomplishments include the Ball State University Emerging Entrepreneurial Award in 1990.

Leo has extensive experience and knowledge of the operational side of the funding groups and most importantly understands the policy due-diligence process. He has authored articles on the life settlement industry in publications such as the Indianapolis Business Journal and Hoosier Banker and is a frequent speaker on the subject.

In addition to his role as President and CEO of Life Settlement Advisors, Leo devotes his spare time to organizations such as Ball State Entrepreneurship Center's Mentoring Program, Cathedral High School's Starfish Initiative, Holy Spirit's Cross Training Mentoring Program and Missionaries of Charity.
